| Making A Purchase Making a purchase we hope is fairly easy. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy clicking on the Add To Cart button. After you have finished your selection, click on 'View Basket' or the 'Checkout' button. The delivery charge for orders £5.95 per order does not show up until you have entered the payment method as it requires an address to work from. You will be asked for your address and contact details that we need to be able to complete the order. All payments whether by personal credit/debit card or your own PayPal account are all processed by PayPal's online banking process whether you have a PayPal account or not. You do not have to have your own PayPal account to use our online payment system. We accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments via Paypal. We do not accept cheques or any other form of payment accept by prior arrangment. Payment is collected with the order as most things are in generally in stock and are sent out the same day. If you do not wish to pay online you may place your order over the phone (which is not our preferred method as it takes more time and can lead to errors in spelling addresses etc), but it will delay your order by 24 - 48 hours. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake for you. |
| Fixed Shipping Charge Orders are generally delivered the next working day on UK mainland (subject to our terms and conditions). Delivery is £5.95 per order. We only supply to the UK. Deliveries may well be made using recycled packaging boxes supplied to us by other businesses thus reducing our carbon footprint. |
| Delivery Schedule Your order, if received by 1pm on a business working day (Monday to Friday) willl normally be processed the same day and sent out for next working day delivery provided that it is in stock. Items on display within the website are generally in stock, out of stock items will normally not appear on the website. From time to time please accept there may be discrepancies in the stock level and availability on the website - we are only human after all, but we try to keep it up to date. Bank Holiday Weekends: Orders received over a bank holiday weekend will usually be delivered on the following Wednesday. No Deliveries are made between Christmas and New Year. Sorry, but we do not deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom. If goods are lost or damaged, we would appreciate you contacting us straight away (preferably within two working days) then we canat least make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, it will be placed on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges Orders from within the UK are charged at 17.5% VAT unless the item is zero rated such as books, in other words books are free of VAT. |

| Returns Policy We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything purchased from us, we will be glad to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. We will also refund the cost of the original delivery. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (normally 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. Please contact us by email or telephone before making a return. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
